No Fix, No Fee
Standard residential troubleshooting visits operate under the No Fix, No Fee guarantee. If I cannot resolve your issue to an agreed-upon standard, you will not be charged for labor.
Separate quotes
Hardware purchases, replacement parts, software licenses, data recovery services, and specialty work are not included in standard service rates and may require a separate quote.
Prices may vary depending on complexity, travel requirements, or scope. All additional costs are discussed and approved before work begins.

One free support session per month, unlimited phone and text questions, priority scheduling, 10% discount on additional labor services, and additional remote support billed at standard rates.
