Rescue Plan Terms

These terms apply to the Jackson Tech Rescue Founders Rescue Plan.

Plain-language note: This page is written for customers. Have an attorney review it before launch if you want formal legal language.

Billing and Renewal

The Founders Rescue Plan bills monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Jackson Tech Rescue, LLC to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. Jackson Tech Rescue does not store your full card number.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel by contacting Jackson Tech Rescue. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and monthly fees are non-refundable. Unused plan benefits do not roll over and have no cash value.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding members pay $19.99/month. Founding pricing stays active only while your subscription stays active and payments remain current.

If you cancel, transfer, or your subscription lapses because of failed payment or any other reason, you lose the founding rate. Re-subscribing later may require a different price.

Device Coverage

A covered device means a computer, tablet, or smartphone owned and used within your household. The Founders Rescue Plan covers up to 3 household devices.

Scope and Exclusions

The plan covers Jackson Tech Rescue labor for the listed benefits. The plan does not include hardware, replacement parts, third-party software, software licenses, data recovery, structured cabling, or specialty work. Those costs are quoted separately.

Service Area

On-site service is provided within the Metro Phoenix service area. Locations outside the normal service area may require a travel fee or may be unavailable.

Response Times

Response times are targets, not guarantees. The Founders Rescue Plan has a response target within 24 hours, but timing can vary based on availability, travel, emergencies, and factors outside Jackson Tech Rescue's control.

Remote Support

One remote support session per month is included with the Founders Rescue Plan. Remote support requires your permission to access the device for that session. You may end the remote session at any time. You are responsible for maintaining current backups of important data.

Changes to Plans

Jackson Tech Rescue may change plan features, benefits, and standard pricing with notice to active subscribers. Founding pricing remains protected only while the subscription stays active and current.
